Description

Hibiscus coccineus 'Alba' is an original unusual variety of Mexico. It has vigorous upright, well branched. It can reach a height of 160 cm, it has stems and stalks acid green. broad leaves also 35 cm, smooth and palmate green. It is a species that blooms profusely from July to August with beautiful solitary flowers of 15-18 cm in diameter, pure white. The fruits are globular green. It can be planted immersed in water up to 10 cm depth as border plant on water ponds and mirrors; but also in the ground by watering thoroughly.

Although the Hibiscus coccineus 'Alba' is a native of Mexico is a hardy plant that can stand the cold, even if prolonged. Suitable for water gardens of medium and large.
