It comes from a selection of M.caerulea, extremely interesting for its incredible and rich flowering formed by reddish stalks and almost black purple panicles of up to 60-75 cm. green-gray leaves linear. In the autumn assumes a bronze color. It reaches a height of 75 cm.
It prefers a sunny position and rich soil, even acids.

Great winter effect, often used in mass in the vicinity of the pond, we recommend a density of 5-7 plants per square meter.
