F.A.Q. Shipping and delivery

Shipments are made only on Monday and Tuesday with: SDA Express Courier.
We recommend that you provide us with the full destination address, where you will be available at the time of delivery, and a telephone number where you can be contacted. In case of non-availability at the address provided, we specify that the courier is not required to make a telephone attempt, but will still leave a paper warning about the non-delivery and will place the parcel in storage. In this case, the recipient is entitled to request the return (free) of the shipment within 3 days after the first delivery attempt.   • When will my package be sent?

Your order will be SHIPPING the next MONDAY or TUESDAY, for orders with payment received BEFORE the previous Friday.

So if you place an order on SATURDAY, it will be sent after 8 days.

  • The package is currently "preparation in progress", when will I be sent?

Your order is going to be prepared, depending on weather conditions and complexity, it requires from 1 to 3 days of preparation, and will be sent the next MONDAY or TUESDAY, for orders with payment received BEFORE the previous Friday.

  • How can I check the status of my shipment?

To check the status of your shipment, we will provide the number of Waybill, ie the 13-digit code consisting of numbers and letters immediately below the barcode of the shipping document.   • My package has been shipped but the shipping code is incorrect or absent.

Your package is ready to go, and it will be entrusted to the courier by 19.00 of the first working day, you can trace your parcel as soon as it arrives at the sorting warehouse.

  • How long does it take for a shipment to be delivered?

Depending on the shipment you have chosen, delivery times vary from 24 hours to 4 working days for domestic shipments and from 3 to 8 - 10 working days for international shipments.

  • My package has not been delivered for ABSENTARY RECIPIENT
